Portable Gold Mining Crushing Process

Gold ore crushing plant in gold mining involves portable crushing, screening, grinding, washing machine etc. Gold ore is loaded into the primary crusher for initial sizing. The Portable Jaw crusher can break the gold ore rocks into 150mm or 6 inch, then belt conveyor will transport the crushed gold ore to the screening plant, which runs the gold ore through vibrating screens to size the material. Oversized rock is sent via conveyor to the secondary crushers. Secondary crushing consists of impact crusher and Cone crusher.

Portable Gold Mining Milling Process

In gole ore processing plant, we use equipments to purify glod from pyrite, chalcopyrite, native gold. After gold ore mined, firstly go through crushing process. In the gold ore coarse crushing process, jaw crusher is used as gold ore primary crusher. After coarse crushing process, screen out the fine gold ore, the gild ore with diameter more than 10 mm go through secondary crushing process, in this crushing process, standard cs series cone crusher is used. In some large gold concentrator, there is fine crushing process after secondary crushing. In this fine crushing, short Portable Gold mining mill is used as gold ore crushing machine. The crushed gold ore enter into ball mill evenly through vibrating screen. Ball mill is essential gold ore beneficiation machine used to grind gold ore into powder less than 200 mesh. Gold ore powder go through classification and flotation to make pure gold.
